Dealing with impression

Dealing with others' impressions of us can be challenging, but it’s essential to remember that while we can’t control what people think, we can influence how we respond and how we present ourselves. Here are some ways to handle it:

1. Focus on Self-Awareness: Understand who you are and what you stand for. When you are clear about your values, it becomes easier to navigate others' perceptions without being overly affected.

2. Let Go of Perfectionism: Trying to please everyone can lead to unnecessary stress. Accept that no matter how much you try, you can’t control others’ opinions entirely.

3. Set Boundaries: If someone’s perception of you is negative or harmful, it’s okay to set boundaries to protect your mental and emotional well-being.

4. Constructive Feedback: If someone’s impression is based on something you could improve, see if there's a chance to grow. Constructive criticism can help shape you positively.

5. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself and remember that everyone is flawed. It’s okay if others have opinions about you, but they don’t define your worth.

6. Surround Yourself with Positive Influences: Spend time with people who support and encourage you, rather than those who constantly judge or put you down.

7. Live Authentically: Strive to be your true self, not who you think others want you to be. Authenticity often attracts the right people and allows you to feel comfortable in your own skin.

Do you find others' opinions affecting you a lot?

One way or the other, each and every one of us have joined one trend or the other blindly.  This particular trend I want to talk about today is the habit of dropping wastes through a moving vehicle. Yes! Many people see it as nothing and normal. I understand we live in a country where we don't get punished by doing certain things the wrong way. Yet, in the end it comes with health issues that  backfires over time indirectly.  How do you feel each time you sit in a vehicle, probably going somewhere or traveling a distance and after buying all the assorted to eat and drink, you ended up flinging it out through the window in the middle of nowhere? Bros, sis, Come closer I want to whisper something to your ears.. it is wrong! Very very wrong. Stop it. And educate others about it as well. It wouldn't take you anything to either tie it and keep it in the vehicle or hold it and ...

Here’s a step-by-step guide to properly washing your hair: 1. Pre-Wash Preparation Brush Your Hair: Before getting into the shower, detangle your hair with a wide-tooth comb or a soft-bristle brush.
